We are Laura and Paula, a duo of women who enjoy good conversation, bold ideas, big dreams, challenging projects, good wine, and inspiring cities.
We spend our days working at Paper, a graphic and creative design studio based in Bogotá, Colombia, with our doors and hearts open to the world. For over 10 years, we have been inspiring and creating brands for a better world alongside our clients, full of ideas, colors, textures, shapes, and messages. We help our clients achieve their business goals through good design and new brand experiences.
I am an advertising professional from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogotá, Colombia, with a master’s degree in design and art direction from ELISAVA Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. There is nothing I enjoy more in life than creating meaningful stories for our clients and translating them into strokes, colors, and ideas that convey their value proposition in an inspiring and disruptive way.
I worked for many years in traditional advertising agencies such as Mullen Lowe, Leo Burnett, Sancho BBDO, among others, but when I joined Paper, I truly found my place, a space that gave me an excuse to live life on my own terms and allowed me to stay on the cutting edge thanks to our immersion in each project to understand what it’s about and where it’s going.
I am thrilled to continue on this creative and inspiring path with Paper, always seeking to make the world a better place through what we do.
I am a Master in Arts from the Universidad de los Andes and a passionate art lover. I am also the co-founder of Kombucha la Jaguara, a magical and healthy drink since 2014. I am a partner at Paper because it brings together my great passions: art, design, and materializing our clients’ dreams. I love starting new projects because it always gives me the opportunity to meet interesting people with incredible and disruptive ideas, which are very exciting to bring to life. Working at Paper will always be my passion because I can exercise my creativity and be part of the process of transforming our clients’ dreams into successful projects.
